What is the freight cost?
Within Sweden, the shipping is free for all orders over SEK 1500. When ordering for lower amounts, we charge only 60 SEK for shipping. You also have the option to collect certain goods at our shop on Sibyllegatan 31.
For EU countries: when you order an amount up to SEK 2000, the delivery fee will be SEK 200 ink VAT. When you order an amount over SEK 2000 the shipping is free.
For orders outside the EU but within Europe the fee is always 200 SEK. Eventuel custom will paid by the customer on delivery.
What does the symbol ”Sweden only” mean?
”Sweden only” means that we can only deliver the product within Sweden. We have retailers all over the world where you can order the goods. See retailers here: www.asplund.org-retailers
I live in a non-EU country. Can I avoid paying Swedish tax? Do I have to pay customs?
Unfortunatelywe have no possibility to removethe Swedish VAT. Youmay yourselfclaim thetax at your customs.

Customs duties and import VAT is based on what you buy, its value and weight. For more information about what your merchandise will cost please contact customs in your country.

When will I receivemy goods?
If you have orderedgoods that wehave in stockyou will have themwithin 1-5 days. When it comesto products that has to be orderedwe will provide you with an approximatedelivery time,within two weeks afterwe receiveyour order, we get a confirmationfromthe manufacturer stating theweekitwill be delivered. We will inform youby emailas soon as wehave this information.
During summer, thedelivery time can be a bit longer.
Can I cancel/changemy purchase?
Sure,youhave14 days return rightonallstock items,from the time youreceived the goods.For orderinggoodsyou have3days rightfrom the time youreceived an orderconfirmationfrom us.
Products 'made to order’ can not be returned unless faulty. This includes all our furniture and carpets that are not in stock. Almost all our furniture can be ordererd in many different sizes and colours. This is why we are not able to have all choices in stock. The goods are therefore made after you place your order and can not be returned.
Can I order everythingfromyourown collection and from your suppliers?
We have chosen tohavea selection from the ASPLUND collection and from many ofour suppliers.If thereisanyitem that youmiss, you are more than welcometo contact us.
How is the goods transported?Can I trackmy package?
Small packages are normally delivered by DHL or UPS.Larger items will be delivered by DHL to your door. Please read more at our Terms & conditions page.
