Arcus

Arcus means arc in Latin. The candelabra has an architectonic and (sacred, but I would say ceremonial) appearance, and is built up with arches and buttresses. The candle stretches out as an extension of the candelabra and completes the overall design. 

Arcus is made in vitro porcelain with a matte unglazed surface. The brilliant white color in the porcelain is produced by the reaction of reduction firing in a gas kiln.
